Fresh Skin, Looks Ageless












To get fresh skin and minimize wrinkles, get used to consume vegetables, fruits, avocado, orange, blueberry, and sunflower seeds, also salmon fish from deep sea. Those are needed to be consumed. You need also to take care of your outer skin by using carrot. Take 1 big carrot, 1 tablespoon of almond oil, and 5 drops of jasmine oil essence.

Blend those ingerdients and use as face mask. Avoid it from eye and mouth. Let it for 15 minutes then clear it with warm water. Try it for several times in a week.
