Dr Angelo Tremblay form Laval University in Quebec, the leader of the researcher team, stated that pressure or stress while thinking can increase appetite to eat more because thinkers need much more calories.

Intellectual activity gives impact on fluctuation of glucose level and insulin compared with rest mode. The fluctuation of glucose level will affect body to demand more food, to bring back the balance of glucose level as the source of energy for brain.
